Short distance services are considered on-time if they arrive no later than 5 minutes 59 seconds after the scheduled arrival time at destination. Long distance services are considered on-time if they arrive no later than 10 minutes 59 seconds at destination. The measure for Ararat & Maryborough includes services operating between Ballarat and Maryborough which are considered short distance, and services operating between Southern Cross Station and Ararat & Maryborough which are considered long distance.
